LBNL RUNAROUND COMMITTEE INSTRUCTIONS:
T-SHIRT DISTRIBUTION
BEFORE THE RUN:
Brief 4 distribution volunteers on distribution procedures during run.
DAY OF THE RUN:
Bring T-shirts from Cafeteria Storeroom (Runaround Coordinator has key)
to t-shirt tables.
Sort T-shirts according to size and arrange on tables
Find T-Shirt sign and place above the table. (Note that runners will crowd
in front of table)
DURING THE RUN:
Check that envelope has name and an age group circled. Pay special attention
to MEN/WOMEN categories and try to keep envelopes separate.
Accept envelopes from finishers in exchange for a T-shirt of their size
choice.
SUGGESTED CHANGE FOR 1997- THREE TSHIRT TABLES FOR MEN, ONE FOR WOMEN, WELL
SEPARATED.
