8 WEEKS BEFORE THE RUN:
Consult with Runaround and Course Coordinators on type and price of awards.
Order 2 trophies, 10 gold medals, 12 silver medals, and 12 bronze medals
2 WEEKS BEFORE THE RUN:
Buy 20 fun prizes, wrap and give receipt to Runaround Coordinator for reimbursement
Get payment from Runaround Coordinator for trophies and medals and pick
them up
DAY OF THE RUN:
Bring trophies, medals and fun prizes to the finish line for the awards
ceremony.
